Role &

responsibilities: -

- System Design &
- Calculations:

Perform heat load, ventilation, airflow, and pressure loss calculations. Design ductwork, piping, and cleanroom air change rates. [1, 2]

- GMP &

- Regulatory Compliance:

Maintain environmental parameterslike temperature, humidity, and pressure cascadesunder Valuable Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. [1, 2]

- Validation &

- Qualification:

Execute Design, Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualifications (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) for cleanrooms and air handling units (AHUs). [1, 2]

- Operations &

- Maintenance:

Oversee routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of chillers, AHUs, and BMS (Building Management Systems). [1, 2, 3]

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with quality assurance (QA), validation, and project engineering teams during plant upgrades or audits.

Preferred candidate profile: -

- Required Experience: - 3 to 10 Years

- Required Educational Qualification: - B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. (Any Specialization)
