Role & responsibilities

- Ensure Nil reliable incident with respect to Safety, Fire, by ensuring daily Plant round, verification of critical controls as per shift.

- Support to Department Head in driving Fire and Safety systems in the plant.

- Take full responsibility of departmental activity in absence of Department Head.

- Ensure strict monitoring of work permit systems. Nil deviation to HRW activity ( including work permit) & LSR guidelines.

- Ensure identification and reporting of UC, UA, SIF potential situations and follow up for timely closure of the same.

- Ensure week wise review of Enablon reporting data and prepare key concerns.

- Ensure activities as per annual EHS awareness planner.

Ensure

Shop floor and classroom training programs for awareness.

- Ensure inspection of Fire & safety systems in the plant.

- 100% Induction training to all employees, Inspection of all contractor items to ensure equipment integrity.





- Ensure Fire safety and emergency safety systems are fully functional.

- Drive PSM and PSF compliance requirements as per assignment.

- Ensure PPE Compliance. Monitor PPE availability.

- Ensure effective monitoring of Fireman daily activities.

- Ensure implements of statutory compliances, IMS.

- Ensure participation and support in different audit requirements.

- Ensure incident investigation ( if any) and closure of CAPA to avoid reoccurrence.

- Ensure proper coordination with different departments and project team for implementation of EHS requirements time to time.

- Ensure fire drill and Mock drill as per emergency preparedness response plan.

- Drive safety culture in the shop floor. Any EHS task assigned by department Head should be completed timely.
