Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Support Executive to oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-maintained workplace workplace. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in office administration, facility coordination, and support services. The candidate should be willing to travel when required for office-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of the office.

· Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and provide a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

· Coordinate with facility management vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and utility services.

· Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and other consumables to support uninterrupted operations.





· Supervise housekeeping services and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the premises.

· Promptly address and resolve facility and housekeeping-related concerns.

· Coordinate office logistics, courier services, transportation, and other operational requirements.

· Support vendor management and ensure timely delivery of office-related services.

· Conduct regular inspections of the workspace to maintain operational efficiency and workplace standards.

· Travel to vendor sites, or other designated locations as required to support operations and administrative activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Plus Two or Diploma in any discipline.

· Good to have minimum 2 years of experience in office assistance, office support, or a similar role.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
