We’re hiring an Office Receptionist with strong IT skills at Rishi Chemical Works Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata Head Office (Kohinoor, 105 Park Street).

This is a corporate office front desk plus first-line IT support. We need someone who has worked in an office setup (corporate, trading house, manufacturing HO, professional services). Experience only in shops, retail counters, car showrooms, salons, or similar walk-in retail will not fit.

What you’ll do

- Manage visitors, calls, messages, and couriers
- Hold the front desk with a skilled presence
- Handle first-line IT support: printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, Outlook/Gmail, laptops, Zoom/Teams, Google Drive, and basic network triage
- Stay calm with non-technical colleagues and keep the office running
- Work daily from our Park Street office

What we need




- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a receptionist / front office executive in an office environment
- Proven first-line IT support experience (not only basic MS Office)
- Clear spoken and written English and Hindi (Bengali is a plus)
- Presentable, reliable, and comfortable owning the desk alone when needed
- Based in Kolkata or willing to work daily from Park Street

Nice to have
- Experience in a chemical, manufacturing, or trading-house office
- Basic Excel, visitor logs, and meeting scheduling
- Help with small IT hardware buys or vendor calls
