Position: Office Executive – Government e-Marketplace (GeM) & Tender Executive

Location: Mumbai, Goregaon West

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Office Executive with hands-on experience in the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal , government order searching, and tender document preparation.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with government procurement processes, tender requirements, documentation, and online government portals.

? Key Responsibilities

- Search and track government tenders, government orders, and procurement opportunities.
- Expertly navigate and operate the GeM portal .
- Identify relevant tenders based on company products and business requirements.
- Prepare, review, and organize tender documents, quotations, technical specifications, and compliance documents.
- Understand tender eligibility criteria, EMD, security deposits, technical requirements, and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender applications.
- Maintain records of tenders, government orders, and related documentation.
- Monitor tender updates,



corrigenda, and government procurement notifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments and government authorities when required.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tender-related activities.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in GeM portal operations and tender documentation.
- Strong knowledge of government tender procedures and documentation.
- Experience in searching government orders and procurement notifications.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in home appliances, manufacturing, or related industries will be an advantage.
