Job Title: Office Boy

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and active Office Boy for our Pune office. The ideal candidate should be well-mannered, punctual, and capable of handling office upkeep, serving refreshments, and running errands. Preference will be given to candidates who can ride a bike/scooter and are comfortable with field work. Marathi-speaking candidates are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep the office premises clean and well-maintained, including the pantry, workstations, meeting rooms, and reception area.

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.

Handle daily office errands such as submitting documents, visiting banks/vendors, and collecting supplies.

Assist with minor technical/facility-related tasks like cleaning equipment, setting up basic hardware, changing bulbs, etc.

Receive, sort, and distribute couriers and deliveries.





Support the Admin/HR team with routine office work as needed.

Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and neatness across the office throughout the day.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education: 12th Pass

Language: Should be able to speak Marathi (Hindi and basic English will be an advantage)

Driving Ability: Should have a two-wheeler (bike/scooty) and valid license

Must be physically fit, active, and comfortable with outdoor tasks

Should be punctual, polite, and responsible

Preferred Skills:

Knows how to make tea/coffee and handle basic pantry tasks

Familiar with local routes and vendors in Pune

Basic knowledge of office equipment and maintenance

Valuable interpersonal behavior and team attitude
