Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Office Assistant role based in Bhopal.
The Office
Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and routing inquiries to the appropriate team members. The role includes maintaining files and records, preparing basic documents, and supporting data entry and documentation for events and programs.

Assistant will operate common office equipment, coordinate schedules, assist in organizing meetings, and provide clerical support for women empowerment and community initiatives.
The position requires consistent on-site presence to ensure smooth office operations and effective support for program activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries, interact with visitors, and support participants professionally.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage documentation, filing, scheduling, and basic record-keeping accurately.
- Candidates should possess skills in using Office Equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopiers, and basic computer applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to organize tasks and prioritize work in a busy office environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a social welfare setting, with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and a commitment to women empowerment.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior experience in an office or NGO/nonprofit environment is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in English and Hindi, and the ability to learn organizational procedures and documentation standards.
