Role Description The Office Administrator at AIMRA will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling incoming inquiries, coordinating appointments and sessions, and maintaining organized records of student interactions and schedules.
Responsibilities include managing office equipment and supplies, supporting webinar and event logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between aspiring scholars and AIMRA advisors. The role also involves basic documentation, email correspondence,
and assisting with customer service tasks such as responding to queries and providing information about services. This is a full time, on-site role based in Panchkula, requiring a consistent presence in the office to support both staff and visitors.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily operations and documentation efficiently.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with Office Equipment and basic computer tools to support scheduling, record-keeping, and communication tasks.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with scholars, partners, and internal team members.
- Candidates should possess good organizational abilities, time management, and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in an office or educational counseling environment is beneficial.
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a graduate degree in administration, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Panchkula and collaborating with a small, mission-driven team.
