Bridge between business needs and Odoo configuration. You'll own requirement analysis, configuration, end-user training, and BRD/functional documentation across full ERP implementation lifecycles - and act as the consultant who advises clients on Odoo best practices.
Responsibilities
- Map customer business processes to Odoo modules; configure and customize accordingly
- Author BRDs, functional specifications, test cases, and SOPs
- Run end-to-end implementations including GAP analysis and prototypes
- Coordinate with developers, follow up on builds, and validate modules through testing
- Deliver end-user training and present ERP solutions to high-profile clients
Requirements
- 1+ years on a major ERP
- Odoo, ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Solid functional knowledge of every Odoo module
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills
- Solution-driven, hands-on attitude with initiative and creativity
