For an Odoo CRM & Developer Expert role with following responsibilities

- Customize and develop Odoo CRM/ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Configure CRM pipelines, lead management, sales workflows, and automation.
- Develop custom modules, features, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party APIs, websites, payment systems, and other business applications.
- Customize Odoo frontend, backend, forms, views, workflows, and user permissions.
- Handle Odoo installation, configuration, upgrades, migration, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and technical errors.
- Work with Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Odoo framework.
- Customize Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Projects, and other Odoo modules when required.
- Implement automated emails, notifications, activities, and approval workflows.
- Manage data import/export,



database structure, backups, and system security.
- Create APIs and webhooks for external system integrations.
- Optimize Odoo performance and maintain clean, scalable code.
- Provide technical support and resolve user-reported issues.
- Understand business processes and convert requirements into practical Odoo solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation for custom developments and integrations.
- Coordinate with management, developers, designers, and end users.
- Test all developments before deployment to production.
- Manage staging and production environments.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and technical improvements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
