What will you be doing

- Continuous monitoring of application/mail for the recent documents posted by the customer.

- Realtime pick up of documents for processing in the application.

- Processing the documents - Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill etc.
- through the OCR application.

- Selecting the correct product from "Product Master".

- Validating the data picked up through OCR.

- Generating the output file.

- Uploading the output file into the customers customs clearance application.

- Sending mail to the customer on the status of file processing.

- Co-ordinating with the customer for any clarification/query on the documents shared.

- Updating the status report and sharing the same with the customer & internal team.

- Taking up additional activities assigned by the reporting officer.
