Role Summary:

Drive user adoption and business readiness for PLM transformation programs through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.

- Develop and deliver PLM training programs and user enablement materials.

- Execute communication and change adoption plans.

- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change champion networks.

- Support resistance management and measure adoption outcomes.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in OCM, training, or transformation programs.

- Experience with PLM platforms (Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, etc.).

- Solid facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR or other change management frameworks.
