Role Description The Occupational Therapy Assistant will support licensed Occupational Therapists in delivering therapeutic interventions to children in an on-site, clinic-based setting in Gurgaon. This full-time role involves assisting with implementing treatment plans, guiding children through therapeutic activities, and documenting progress under professional supervision.

Daily responsibilities include preparing therapy materials, maintaining a secure and engaging environment, and supporting family education on home-based strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation to support the implementation of pediatric therapy programs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Patient Care and Home Care to assist families with carryover of strategies and ensure continuity of care.
- Candidates should possess skills in Program Development to help refine and improve therapy activities and child-focused interventions.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance or related allied health field.
- Experience working with children with developmental, sensory, or motor challenges is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and follow clinical supervision and guidelines.
- Basic documentation, organizational, and time-management skills to support accurate record-keeping and session planning.
