Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist (Fresher) based at THERAKids - Child Development Center in Noida.

The Occupational

Therapist will assist in assessing children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional skills under the guidance of senior therapists. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting therapy sessions,



implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting progress in a timely and accurate manner. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case discussions, and supporting parent training and counseling sessions as needed. The therapist will also help maintain therapy spaces, prepare materials and activities, and contribute to awareness and education initiatives organized by the center.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge and practical skills in Occupational Therapy, including pediatric assessment and intervention techniques.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Interest and aptitude in Pediatrics, with a commitment to working with children experiencing developmental, sensory, and neurodevelopmental challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution; eligibility for relevant professional registration as required.
- Ability to follow clinical protocols, accept supervision, and learn from experienced therapists in a structured environment.
- Strong observation, documentation, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ethical practice.
- Comfort working in a multidisciplinary child development center and openness to ongoing training, workshops, and career development.
