Role : Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional
Exp : 8+ years
Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore/Noida
Notice : Immediate/ 15 Days
810+ years of relevant Oracle HCM experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management.
Mandatory: Strong experience in BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.
Strong understanding of HCM business processes and functional configurations.
Good technical understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM, with an 80% Functional / 20% Technical profile.
Experience in implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as an HCM SME and collaborate with cross-functional teams
