Job Summary:

As a key member of our 09 team, the 09 Functional Lead plays a crucial role in owning the overall design, Requirement analysis, day-in-the-life, solution design, configuration, data review, testing of solution and communication internal and external stakeholders across the enterprise. He will bridge IT needs with 09 tool capabilities and ensure long-term value realization.

This position located in Bangalore, India. Work in shifts with overlap of a few hours with the US Eastern time zone from our Bangalore, India office, to provide coverage and transition with IT team members in the US. Occasionally travel to US to support our various Terex sites across US.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include end-to-end solution design, configuration, implementation, data analytics, testing of solution and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Design

- Participate in process and business requirements sessions with client and document to-be business process leveraging industry best practices.
- Work with clients to identify and collect data, such as historical sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and other operations / supply chain data from sources like databases, Excel sheets, emails, and others.
- Ability to convert business logic to technical platform design, including knowledge of platform infrastructure.

Configuration

- Work closely with architects and directors to develop clear functional and technical design, document data requirements, and build complex datasets.
- Configure a technical specification document and tool configuration in the o9 platform, as per the design, to solve deep operations / supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring systems.

Data Analytics

- Use mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms and simulations to analyze, manipulate and interpret large enterprise data and provide business insights and data visualization to the client management.




- Be proficient in statistical and optimization tools and programming languages to conduct data integration through extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) and create models to generate time series forecasts and operational plans.

Testing

- Work with internal Research and Development teams to resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes in the customer setting.
- Create and execute workflow and data analytics test-cases, document issues, and track progress at resolving issues.
- Ability to design and implement a testing protocol, with support from junior analysts, with the end goal of automating testing.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Experience: 10-12 years of experience with at least 6+ years specifically in o9 Solutions implementation.
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of supply chain management (Demand, Supply, S&OP;, Inventory Management).
- Solution delivery experience through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, and deployment.
- Experience using agile methodology to deliver enterprise implementations.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in IBPL (o9's scripting language), data modeling, and configuring SQL or related data structures.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills to lead workshops and manage stakeholders

Skills:

- Knowledge of supply chain solutions in one or more areas such as demand planning, supply planning, S&OP;/IBP, scheduling etc.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), document processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs), presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint) is required.




- Basic knowledge of databases with working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value Opportunities.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation and demonstration are required.
- Ability to work in teams, distributed across locations and time zone

Education and/or Experience:

- Education: Masters Degree. Degrees in the following fields: Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields (including Supply Chain Engineering).
- 10-12 years of experience with at least 6+ years specifically in o9 Solutions implementation.
- Expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP; processes.
- Strong understanding of supply chain optimization, demand forecasting, and inventory management principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management for leading client workshops.
- O9 Solutions Certification.

Physical Demands:

- Must be able to communicate telephonically and electronically with team members and customers.
- Must be able to hear/understand/speak with team members at all levels within a diverse workforce.
- Must be able to walk/climb to a variety of primary work locations, including the ability to travel by air/auto to remote sites.
- Must be able to work in front of a personal computer for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift documents/work materials up to 30 pounds in weight.

Work Environment/Conditions:

- Comfortable travelling to business sites and working with teams to complete implementations.
- Work in shifts with overlap couple of hours with the US time zone from our Bangalore, India office to provide coverage and transition with IT team members in the USA.
- Most of the work is conducted in an office setup connecting on network to manage/administer the applications.
- This position may involve working in our manufacturing plants when managing IT technologies that are supporting our manufacturing operations.
