We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, coordinate staff, and ensure high standards of patient care and safety across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily nursing activities.
- Ensure proper patient care, medication administration, documentation, and nursing procedures.
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff attendance and performance.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
- Monitor nursing supplies, equipment, and ward requirements.
- Handle patient and staff concerns professionally.
- Support training,
orientation, and performance development of nursing staff.
- Maintain proper nursing records and ensure statutory and quality requirements are followed.
Requirements
- GNM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Previous experience in a supervisory nursing role preferred.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle hospital operations efficiently.
