Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations, ensure high standards of patient care, coordinate with doctors and staff, and maintain smooth clinical workflow within our daycare and outpatient facility.

The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership, organizational, communication, and patient management skills with the ability to supervise nursing staff and maintain clinical protocols effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily nursing operations and staff activities
- Coordinate patient care with doctors, therapists, and clinical teams
- Ensure proper patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation
- Maintain infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Monitor nursing staff performance, attendance, and discipline
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and workflow management
- Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and clinical supplies
- Maintain accurate patient records and compliance standards
- Handle patient queries and ensure excellent patient experience
- Support emergency preparedness and clinical coordination

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
