Patient Care Management

- Overseeing protected, high-quality clinical care for all patients on the unit.

- Managing patient admissions, discharges, and transfers smoothly.

- Assisting staff nurses with critical emergencies, complex procedures, or challenging cases.

- Monitoring changes in patient conditions and communicating with physicians.

Staff and Shift Coordination

- Assigning patient loads to nurses based on acuity and skill levels.

- Creating work schedules and covering shift gaps or absenteeism.

- Delegating daily tasks to nursing aides and auxiliary staff.

- Mentoring, training, and guiding new or junior nurses.

Unit Administration and Operations

- Monitoring and ordering necessary medical supplies, drugs, and equipment.

- Ensuring the unit complies with hospital safety, hygiene, and legal protocols.

- Maintaining accurate records, duty rosters, and patient documentation.

- Acting as a primary communication link between nurses, doctors, patients, and hospital management. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
