- Role & responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement nursing education and training programs for nursing staff.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for current nursing employees.
- Identify training needs based on competency gaps, clinical audits, incidents, and departmental requirements.
- Conduct regular clinical teaching, skill demonstrations, workshops, and competency assessments.
- Develop and maintain training calendars, educational materials, SOPs, checklists, and competency assessment tools.
- Conduct BLS, ACLS, infection control, medication safety, patient safety, and other clinical training as applicable.
- Coordinate with Nursing HODs, In-charges, Infection Control, Quality, and other clinical departments for training requirements.




- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, audits, and feedback.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experienced nursing professional with strong exposure to nursing education, clinical training, audits, and quality improvement.
- Hospital experience in a multispecialty/super-specialty setup will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple training and education activities effectively.
