About the Role

Lotus Healthcare Services LLP is looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide personal and medical care to patients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on nursing experience and a strong commitment to patient comfort, safety, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care support: bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, and daily living activities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen levels, blood sugar)
- Perform basic wound care and dressing changes
- Assist with feeding, hygiene, and positioning for bedridden or elderly patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and daily care logs
- Coordinate with doctors and family members regarding patient condition




- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and escalate as needed
- Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic care environment

Required Qualifications & Skills
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing (or equivalent recognized nursing qualification)
- Valid Nursing Council registration/license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical, hospital, or home/personal care nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) / First Aid knowledge preferred
- Positive communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends if required
