- Provide nursing care and support to residents as per their individual healthcare needs.

- Monitor vital signs, health conditions, and changes in residents’ health.

- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and on time.

- Assist the Medical Officer during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures.

- Maintain accurate nursing notes, medical records, medication charts, and other documentation.

- Provide first aid and respond appropriately to medical emergencies.

- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.

- Ensure proper hygiene, infection prevention, and basic nursing care practices.

- Support residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, mobility, and personal care when required.

- Monitor nutrition, hydration, sleep, and general well-being of residents.

- Communicate relevant health updates and concerns to the Manager and Medical Officer.

- Educate caregivers and support staff on basic healthcare and safety practices.

- Maintain confidentiality and ensure residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
