Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Nurse Educator to lead clinical training, competency development, and continuous education programs for nursing staff. The role focuses on improving patient care standards, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, and supporting professional growth across nursing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs for nursing staff.
- Conduct clinical skill assessments and competency evaluations.
- Design educational materials, SOPs, and training modules as per hospital policies and accreditation standards.
- Support implementation of evidence-based nursing practices.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain education records and reports.
- Coordinate with Nursing Superintendent, HR, and clinical departments for training needs.
- Assist in NABH/quality audits related to nursing education and compliance.
- Mentor nurses to improve clinical performance, communication, and patient safety standards.





Qualifications & Skills

- B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing (Education/Clinical specialty preferred).
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; teaching/training experience preferred.
- Robust knowledge of hospital protocols, patient safety, and infection control practices.
- Good communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, hospital systems).
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Work Location & Travel

This role is based in Indore. No routine relocation required. Occasional internal travel within hospital units may be required.
