 GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / P.B.B.Sc. Nursing qualification.

 Relevant experience in school healthcare, hospital, clinic, OHC, occupational health,

emergency care, or similar healthcare settings.

 Good communication skills.

 Robust documentation and reporting skills.

 Ability to independently manage routine and emergency situations.

 Professional and organized approach to work.

Minimum Experience Requirement

Minimum Experience

 Minimum 1 year of relevant professional nursing experience is required.

Candidates with experience in the following areas may be preferred:

 School Nursing / School Healthcare

 Hospital Nursing

 Emergency / Casualty

 Occupational Health Centre (OHC)

 Clinic / Primary Healthcare Centre

 Corporate Healthcare

Documentation & Reporting The nurse must have good documentation skills and should be comfortable maintaining:

 Patient consultation records.

 First Aid records.





 Medicine administration/consumption records.

 Medicine stock records.

 Emergency case records.

 Incident reports.

 Referral records.

 Daily nursing reports.

The candidate should have:

 Good attention to detail.

 Accurate handwriting/documentation or digital documentation skills.

 Ability to maintain confidentiality.

 Ability to complete documentation within the prescribed timelines.

 Basic computer and digital documentation skills.
