Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medicines, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain patient records, nursing notes, and treatment details.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, attendants, and healthcare professionals.
- Support the smooth functioning of the nursing department.
