- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an NTT Teacher or in a similar early childhood education role.
- Robust understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards working with young children.
- Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
