Key Responsibilities:

- Handle NPD Quality, APQP, PPAP, FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA), Control Plan, PFD, and quality documentation.
- Conduct product/process validation, prototype, pilot and pre-production trials.
- Identify quality risks, CTQs and drive 8D, RCA, CAPA and defect prevention.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Supplier, Procurement and Customer Quality teams.
- Manage supplier quality, development PPAP and quality readiness.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of APQP,



PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, GD&T; and 8D.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
