Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced NPI / Manufacturing Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in electronics/PCBA manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for NPI launches, APQP, PFMEA, PFC, PPAP, process improvement, customer coordination and project implementation from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer interaction for APQP completion during RFQ.
- Lead and execute NPI launches and project implementation.
- Participate in APQP and feasibility study activities.
- Ensure availability of jigs, fixtures, tools and other resources before pilot runs.
- Validate machine parameters during prototype and pilot runs.
- Verify BOM, layouts and other project documentation.
- Understand and implement customer-specific requirements (CSR).
- Lead PFC and PFMEA preparation and review.
- Lead PPAP activities and coordinate customer approvals.
- Coordinate with customers on pilot lot observations and CAPA.
- Monitor cycle time, manpower requirements and line balancing.
- Validate tools, jigs,



programs and machine settings.
- Manage ECR / ECN activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Management and other cross-functional teams.
- Prepare project plans, technical documentation and detailed engineering deliverables.
- Drive process engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support installation, testing, commissioning and validation of equipment/processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined time, cost, quality and quantity targets.

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Engineering / NPI, preferably in electronics or PCBA manufacturing.
- Diploma / B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics.
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, PFC and NPI processes.
- Good customer interaction and project coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple project activities.
