New Product Development (NPD)

- Support NPD projects from concept to product launch.
- Participate in project planning and execution.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality and Purchase team for project execution.

Testing & Validation
- Develop test plans for new solenoid valve products.
- Perform functional, performance, life cycle, pressure, leakage, temperature, and electrical testing.
- Operate and maintain testing equipment, test fixtures - setups and measurement instruments.
- Analyse test data, identify failure modes, and recommend design or process improvements.
- Prepare detailed test reports and validation documents.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of test procedures, engineering changes, drawings, and validation reports.
- Prepare SOPs, work instructions, technical documents, and project status reports.

Additional Requirements
- Strong understanding of solenoid valves, fluid systems, pneumatics, and electromechanical products.
- Knowledge of validation techniques, reliability testing, and failure analysis.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and tolerances.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
- Hands-on experience with pressure, leakage, endurance, and electrical testing equipment.
- Positive analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
