Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end management of Current Product Development (NPD)

- Conduct market and competitor research

- Identify new product ideas, trends, and opportunities

- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors

- Manage product samples, testing, and approvals

- Coordinate formulations and product development

- Manage packaging, artwork, and design coordination

- Coordinate GWP/PWP and sampling requirements

- Track product development and launch timelines

- Follow up with vendors for timely deliverables

- Coordinate with Marketing, Ecommerce, and other internal teams

- Maintain NPD documents, samples, specifications, and approvals

- Monitor product quality and resolve development-related issues

- Support product launches, shoots, events, and marketing activities

- Ensure products are developed as per brand requirements and timelines

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in NPD/Product Development

- Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, or FMCG preferred

- Good understanding of cosmetic products and packaging
