- Product Validation Duties/: Design &
- DFM/DFA Review/: Evaluate 2D drawings and 3D CAD models; execute Design for Manufacturing /(DFM/) and Design for Assembly /(DFA/) feasibility studies to optimize cycle times, material usage, and process repeatability. Prototyping &
- Tooling Development/: Coordinate quick/-turn prototyping /(3D printing, CNC machining, soft tooling/); collaborate with toolmakers to approve die/mold design concepts and oversee initial tool trials. APQP &
- PPAP Documentation/: Author core quality gate documentation including Process Flow Diagrams /(PFD/), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis /(PFMEA/), Control Plans, and complete Production Part Approval Process /(PPAP/) submission dossiers.

- Trial Runs/: Establish manufacturing process parameters, design jigs/fixtures/gauges, coordinate pilot runs /(Run/-at/-Rate trials/), and validate line capacity and capability /(Cp/Cpk/).

Analytics &

- Cost Tracking/:



Track project milestones, engineering change orders /(ECO/), tooling budget expenditure, product cost variance, and ramp/-up timeline metrics using daily engineering tracking spreadsheets Focus Skills/: Education/: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive, Production, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience/: 2 to 5/+ years of experience as an NPD Engineer, NPI Specialist, or Design &

- Development Engineer in manufacturing setup /(automotive, precision machining, plastics, or sheet metal/).
