Job Title

NPD Engineer – Wiring Harness

Job Location: Jigani, Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience Required

Minimum 2 to 5 Years

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering
- Experience in Wiring Harness Industry preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Wiring Harness Design & Development
- Handling complete NPD Projects from RFQ to SOP
- BOM Preparation & Product Costing
- Routing, Packaging & Layout Design
- Customer Interaction & Technical Discussions
- Feasibility Analysis & RFQ Management
- Supporting Prototype Development and Validation till Production
- Implementation of Quality Tools such as 8D & Root Cause Analysis
- Coordination with Production, Quality & Purchase Teams

Skills Required




- Knowledge in Wiring Harness Design
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Good Communication & Customer Handling Skills
- Experience in Costing & Feasibility Studies
- Knowledge of Automotive Quality Tools

Preferred Candidate
- Candidate with Automotive / Wiring Harness experience will be preferred
- Immediate joiners are an added advantage
