ROLE &

- RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage Current Product Development (NPD) projects from customer drawing to successful production.

- Review customer drawings, specifications and technical requirements for feasibility.

- Plan and coordinate APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan and Process Flow activities.

- Coordinate tooling, die, wax pattern, ceramic shell and casting development.

- Manage NPD timelines, trials, sampling and production launch.

- Work closely with Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality, PPC and Foundry teams.

- Coordinate with customers for technical clarifications, drawing changes and approvals.

- Identify and resolve development, tooling and casting-related issues through effective root cause analysis.

- Monitor quality, cost and delivery during product development.

- Ensure proper documentation, revision control and traceability of NPD activities.

- Lead continuous improvement and support cost reduction and process optimization.

- Guide and develop the NPD team to achieve project targets and customer expectations.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE





- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production or Metallurgy Engineering.

- 8+ years of experience in NPD, preferably in Investment Casting / Foundry Industry.

- Strong knowledge of Investment Casting &
- New Product Development processes

- Hands-on experience in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan &

- Process Flow

.

- Good understanding of Casting, Tooling, Wax, Ceramic Shell &

- Foundry Processes

.

- Strong ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings, GD&T; and customer specifications.

- Experience in Die, Pattern &

- Tool Development

and product trials.

- Strong project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Excellent coordination with Customers, Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality &

- PPC teams

- Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.

- Result-oriented approach with focus on quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction.
