Core Roles and Responsibilities

Data Entry & Management: Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining customer or business information in databases.

Documentation: Creating detailed records of interactions, transactions, or complaints in systems like CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

Problem-Solving: Investigating customer issues to provide accurate, efficient resolutions.

Key Skills Required

Excellent Written Communication: Ability to articulate information clearly via text.

Typing Speed & Accuracy: Proficiency in rapid, error-free typing.

Multitasking:



Ability to handle multiple chat sessions or email threads simultaneously.

Analytical Skills: Attention to detail to analyze data and customer feedback.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) and internet tools.
