Job Title: Non-IT Sales Recruiter

Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Non-IT Sales Recruiter responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and securing non-IT staffing requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, cold-calling, lead-generation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for non-IT staffing services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact prospective clients and introduce staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and business partners.
- Understand client hiring needs and generate new job requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business terms with clients.
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through closure.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business development targets.




- Coordinate with the recruiting team to fulfill client requirements and support successful placements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, requirements, and sales activities.
- Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded business.

Requirements

- 1–3+ years of experience in Staffing Sales, Recruitment Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Experience selling staffing/recruitment services, preferably in non-IT industries.
- Strong cold-calling, lead-generation, and client-acquisition skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to generate recent business independently and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM systems, job portals, and lead-generation tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
