Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Non IT Recruiter (Staffing) role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes for non-IT and frontline positions, including sourcing candidates from multiple channels, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions with hiring managers.

The recruiter will handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination while maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. Day-to-day responsibilities also include building and maintaining talent pipelines,



collaborating with business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires adherence to organizational policies and timelines, with a focus on meeting staffing targets and supporting large-scale hiring mandates.

Qualifications

- Strong non-IT recruiting capabilities, including Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting for high-volume frontline or operational roles.
- Experience in Hiring processes such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for diverse non-technical roles.
- Ability to differentiate between IT Recruitment and Non IT Recruitment, with a clear focus on staffing for non-technical, frontline, or support functions.
- Hands-on exposure to Technical Recruiting concepts is acceptable but not mandatory, with emphasis on adaptability to non-IT staffing needs.
- Proficiency in using ATS or recruitment management systems, job portals, social media platforms, and referral channels for talent sourcing.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in staffing, RPO, or agency recruitment for frontline, blue-collar, or volume hiring roles is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment.
