Role: Non-IT Recruiter – US Staffing

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with 3–5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within US staffing/recruitment, to join our team.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4–5+ years of recruitment experience, with substantial Non-IT recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for multiple Non-IT job functions and industries.
- Strong hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Valuable understanding of Non-IT candidate profiles and job functions.
- Strong candidate screening, communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment/submission targets.
- US recruitment/staffing experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and candidate relationship management.
