Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment / Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for our manufacturing plant as well as corporate functions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management and joining follow-up across blue-collar, technical, shop-floor, supervisory and bulk-hiring requirements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing/plant recruitment, robust sourcing capabilities, good knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, and the ability to work closely with Plant HR, hiring managers and business stakeholders to close positions within defined timelines.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for plant and corporate requirements.
- Handle blue-collar, technical, shop-floor, supervisory and bulk hiring.
- Recruit for Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Operators, Technicians, ITI/Diploma and related positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, referrals, agencies, ITIs and local networks.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offers and joining follow-ups.




- Work closely with Plant HR, hiring managers and business stakeholders for timely closures.
- Manage recruitment vendors and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Prepare recruitment MIS, dashboards and hiring reports using MS Excel/PowerPoint.
- Track hiring TAT, selection, offer and joining status.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate qualification is mandatory.
- MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources will be preferred.
- 36 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing / plant recruitment.
- Experience in blue-collar, technical, shop-floor and bulk hiring.
- Exposure to recruitment for Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Operators and Technicians will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Naukri and other recruitment portals.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates currently working in manufacturing companies, automotive, engineering, industrial, FMCG, electrical/electronics, consumer durables, chemicals or other plant-based industries with strong recruitment exposure may be considered.

Candidates should have demonstrable experience in volume hiring and plant manpower recruitment, rather than only corporate/IT recruitment.
