Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
- Coordinate with hiring managers on recruitment requirements
- Support other HR activities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong recruitment and candidate management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive approach to hiring
- Knowledge of Zoho software
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements
