Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and references.

Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, and offer process.

Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.

Achieve hiring targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

1–4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

Good communication and candidate-handling skills.

Experience in bulk hiring and sourcing.

Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.

Immediate joiners preferred.
