Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding candidates across various non-technical functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for C2H requirements.
- Understand job requirements and candidate profiles from hiring managers/clients.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, and availability.
- Explain C2H employment terms, contract duration, payroll structure, and conversion process to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
- Complete documentation and coordinate candidate onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Follow up with candidates during the contract period and support the conversion from contract to permanent employment where applicable.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and candidates.
- Meet recruitment targets and turnaround-time requirements.

Required Skills
- 12 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
- Experience with C2H/contract staffing is preferred.
- Solid sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, documentation, and onboarding.

Preferred Background Experience recruiting for roles in areas such as sales, customer service, finance, HR, administration, operations, manufacturing, healthcare, or other non-technical functions.

- Number of qualified candidates sourced and submitted.
- Interview-to-selection ratio.
- Offer-to-joining ratio.
- Time-to-fill.
- Joining and retention/conversion rates for C2H candidates.
- Client/hiring-manager satisfaction.
