Job Title: Recruiter - Engineering & Industrial Projects

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Vadodara / Onsite

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, EPC, Construction, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Industrial Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical professionals across various engineering disciplines while ensuring timely fulfillment of project staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and industrial project roles.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess technical as well as behavioral competencies.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand project-specific manpower requirements.
- Recruit for positions such as:
- Project Engineers
- Design Engineers
- Planning Engineers
- Site Engineers
- Mechanical Engineers
- Electrical Engineers
- Civil Engineers
- Instrumentation Engineers
- HSE Professionals
- Project Managers
- Construction Managers
- QA/QC Engineers

- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular recruitment status updates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding activities.
- Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future engineering projects.




- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain recruitment data in ATS systems.
- Support bulk hiring and project mobilization requirements within defined timelines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Engineering, EPC, Industrial, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Construction, or Oil & Gas sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical engineering roles and project-based hiring.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and recruitment databases.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and deliver within tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in hiring for large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of engineering terminology, project lifecycle, and manpower planning.
- Solid networking and talent mapping capabilities.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
