About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services and APIs that support our innovative platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Node.js, with a passion for building scalable, secure, and efficient systems. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, data engineers, and AI specialists to integrate diverse components and deliver seamless solutions. Additionally, you will be involved in system architecture discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Your expertise will also be pivotal in working on AI/ML use cases, including data extraction, document processing, and predictive analytics, contributing to the company's cutting-edge projects.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in backend or software development is required, with a strong emphasis on Node.js. Candidates should have a solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript,



Node.js fundamentals, asynchronous programming, and backend architecture principles.

Experience in developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs is essential. Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including database schema design, complex query development, indexing, and query optimization, is also required. Knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security, data protection practices, and secure coding standards is crucial. The role demands a good grasp of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and overall software engineering best practices.

Experience in writing clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code, along with familiarity with unit and integration testing, is preferred. Additionally, exposure to frontend integration, preferably with React.js, and a keen interest in AI/ML, data engineering, or data processing will be advantageous.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js to support our digital platforms.

Build scalable and secure REST and GraphQL APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange.

Develop reusable, maintainable, and testable code to ensure long-term project sustainability.

Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and indexes for performance and reliability.

Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and ensure cohesive application functionality.

Participate in system architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical brainstorming sessions.





Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly to maintain system stability.

Implement security measures, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption, to protect sensitive information.

Work on AI/ML use cases such as data extraction, document processing, and predictive insights to enhance product capabilities.

Build and maintain data pipelines for processing both structured and unstructured data sources.

Integrate AI services, large language models, and machine learning models into business workflows for automation and insights.

Contribute to cloud deployment strategies and participate in DevOps activities to ensure reliable and scalable infrastructure.

Optionally support frontend development tasks using React.js to facilitate end-to-end feature delivery.
