Coordinate non-last-mile logistics operations, including inter-city and warehouse-to-warehouse movement of goods. Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments from warehouses / FCs. Coordinate with transporters, logistics vendors, warehouses, and internal stakeholders for smooth movement of shipments.
Track vehicle and shipment movement and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery. Monitor vehicle placement, loading, unloading, and transit status. Ensure proper documentation, PODs, invoices, e-way bills, and shipment records are maintained.
Identify and resolve operational issues such as vehicle delays, shipment discrepancies, damages, and shortages. Maintain daily logistics MIS and prepare reports on dispatches, vehicle utilization, transit timelines, and exceptions. Role & responsibilities
