JD :

Voice & Written Communication: Improve pronunciation, articulation, grammar, tone, clarity and skilled communication across calls and chats.

Conversational Skills: Build natural, confident and customer-friendly conversations through active listening, probing, acknowledgement, paraphrasing and rapport.

Difficult Conversations: Train agents to handle irate, emotional and challenging customers through empathy, de-escalation and expectation management.

Conversation Control: Help agents manage conversations efficiently, reduce repetition and unnecessary explanations, and improve AHT without impacting CSAT.

Chat Excellence: Improve chat structure, tone, personalization, response quality,



grammar and ability to manage multiple conversations effectively.

Call/Chat Coaching: Conduct call/chat reviews, role plays and targeted 1:1 coaching based on actual customer interactions.

Data-Driven Training: Use AHT, CSAT, QA, DSAT and FCR trends to identify communication gaps and design focused interventions.

Impact Measurement: Track improvement in AHT, CSAT, QA, FCR and escalation rates post-training.

TL Enablement: Equip Team Leaders with simple coaching frameworks to sustain communication and conversational skills on the floor.
