Role Description This is a full time, on-site NIFT UI/UX role based in Hyderabad. The NIFT UI/UX professional will design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for RENGY’s web and mobile products, from initial concepts and wireframes to polished, production-ready designs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include creating mockups and prototypes, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and translating complex solar workflows into simple, user-centric journeys. The role involves conducting user research, iterating on designs based on feedback and data, and ensuring brand-consistent visual design across all touchpoints.



The candidate will also work closely with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation.

Qualifications

- Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED) and interaction design for web and mobile products.
- Proficiency in visual design and creating high-fidelity mockups aligned with brand guidelines.
- Experience with prototyping tools and workflows to quickly test and refine design concepts.
- Working knowledge of front-end development constraints and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Minimum 4 years of professional UI/UX experience, preferably in product-led or marketplace environments.
- Degree in Design (e.g., NIFT or equivalent), Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, from research and ideation to shipped interfaces.
- Comfort with user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate in cross-functional, fast-paced teams.
- Interest in climate tech, sustainability, or energy-related products is an advantage.
