NexusCurve is looking for an experienced Blue Yonder ESP Solution Architect / Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Planning and Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning), formerly known as JDA ESP.

This is a senior functional consulting opportunity for professionals who have delivered multiple end-to-end Blue Yonder ESP implementations and have strong capabilities across solution design, supply planning, ESP configuration, planning models, constraints, algorithms and optimization solvers.

The Solution Architect / Functional Consultant will lead functional solution design and consulting activities across the Blue Yonder ESP implementation lifecycle.

The role requires the ability to understand complex supply chain and supply planning requirements, translate business needs into scalable Blue Yonder ESP solutions, configure planning models and parameters, optimize solver behavior, and work directly with business stakeholders.

This is a ?????? ?????????? ???????? ????????? role. Strong Supply Planning consulting and Blue Yonder ESP implementation experience are essential.

- Design end-to-end Blue Yonder ESP solutions for supply planning and supply chain optimization.
- Lead functional solution design across requirements gathering, business process analysis, configuration, testing, deployment and hyper-care.
- Translate business and supply planning requirements into effective Blue Yonder ESP solutions.
- Configure and optimize Blue Yonder ESP planning models, parameters, constraints and planning logic.
- Analyze planning scenarios and optimize solver parameters, algorithms and constraints to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Provide hands-on expertise with LPOPT or similar optimization solvers.
- Design and validate supply planning scenarios, what-if scenarios and optimization strategies.
- Analyze solver behavior and planning results and recommend appropriate functional improvements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain challenges and recommend practical functional solutions.
- Lead client workshops, functional discussions, demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.
- Define functional test scenarios, test cases and validation criteria.
- Lead functional testing, UAT support, issue analysis and solution validation.
- Identify opportunities for supply planning optimization and process improvement.
- Lead functional integration requirements between Blue Yonder ESP and ERP / enterprise applications.
- Work with technical teams on data, integration and system-flow discussions while retaining functional ownership.
- Support implementation, change management, deployment and post-production hyper-care.




- Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and training for business users.
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Blue Yonder ESP certification is preferred.
- Experience with complex global supply chain planning implementations.
- Experience across manufacturing, CPG, retail, semiconductor, automotive, pharmaceutical or other supply-intensive industries is an advantage.
- Experience with supply planning optimization and automation is desirable.
- Experience with other supply chain planning platforms such as SAP IBP, SAP APO, Kinaxis, o9 or Oracle Supply Chain Planning is an advantage, but Blue Yonder ESP experience is mandatory.

Candidates with only technical, administrative or support-oriented Blue Yonder experience, without strong Supply Planning and end-to-end ESP implementation experience, will not be considered.
