What we are looking for

Must Have

1. Strong experience designing end-to-end IT automation architecture across IT Operations, Service Desk, and EUC, aligned with measurable business outcomes.
2. Deep ServiceNow ITSM expertise, including workflow design, integrations, incident lifecycle automation, and governance.
3. Hands-on architecture experience with Ansible or an equivalent orchestration platform, including reusable runbooks and secure execution patterns.
4. Strong understanding of Nexthink, Digital Employee Experience, endpoint telemetry, experience rules, and remote-action-led remediation.
5. Ability to design AI-driven Service Desk workflows using AuRA Chatbot or equivalent conversational AI platforms.

Proven capability to create HLDs, LLDs, integration designs, security considerations,



standards, and reusable automation assets.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full time education
