Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automated BMS flashing and verification test sequences using NI LabVIEW.

- Perform module-level validation and testing through CAN, CAN FD, and I2C communication interfaces.

- Execute Gauge R&R; studies and ensure accuracy and repeatability of voltage, resistance, and thermistor measurements.

- Integrate barcode scanners and traceability systems for production test data tracking.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as UN 38.3, UL 1973, and IEC 62619.

- Optimize test cycle times through parallel testing, DCIR testing, and cell balancing strategies.

- Troubleshoot and debug production-line issues related to test equipment, electrical assemblies, and manufacturing processes.

- Support root cause analysis of test failures and improve overall manufacturing quality.
