Location - Based at Medinipur and Covering East and West Medinipur and Bankura

Role & responsibilities :

1. Site Acquisition

- Acquire suitable sites as per customer-provided latitude and longitude requirements.
- Conduct soft and hard acquisition activities for new telecom sites.

2.Field Operations

- Perform regular field visits for site identification, acquisition, and HOTO (Hand Over Take Over) activities.
- Visit hold sites and support issue resolution on the ground.

3. Target Achievement

- Achieve monthly site acquisition and delivery targets.
- Ensure planned annual delivery numbers for SP and HOTO are met.

4. Documentation Management

- Collect and verify all required landowner and site documents.
- Maintain documentation compliance as per company requirements.

5. Tool Utilization

- Perform site activities through the iAcquire application.
- Update and maintain records in RWM and complete CCA-related requirements.

6.Negotiation & Stakeholder Management

- Conduct rental negotiations with landlords and property owners.
- Manage relationships with landowners and local stakeholders.

7. Approvals & Compliance

- Coordinate with operator teams for real-time RF approvals.
- Facilitate NOC collection and comply with municipal authority requirements.

8.Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Planning, Legal, and Deployment teams for site acquisition and rollout activities.
- Coordinate with OPCO teams and government/municipal authorities.

9.Market Development Activities





- Conduct market surveys and market storming activities to identify acquisition opportunities.
- Support JV-related activities and SST requirements.

10 . Reporting & Monitoring

- Provide regular updates on acquisition status, site progress, and challenges.
- Participate in reviews, monitoring, and performance tracking activities.

Experience

- 5 - 10 years of experience in Telecom Deployment, Site Acquisition, Operations, or related field activities.
- Experience in telecom infrastructure, real estate acquisition, or field sales preferred.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong site acquisition and landlord negotiation skills.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with local authorities, landlords, and operator teams.
- Knowledge of documentation, agreement execution, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with acquisition and reporting tools.

Knowledge Requirements

- Basic telecom industry knowledge.
- Understanding of site acquisition processes, municipal approvals, and NOC requirements.
- Awareness of urban landlord engagement and rental negotiations.

- Result-oriented with the ability to achieve monthly targets.
